Martha Hamilton earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati. She received her licensure as a certified public accountant in 1988.

Martha has worked in industry/real estate management, public accounting and as Executive Director of a healthcare organization with annual revenues of up to $15M. Accomplishments include strategic growth, operational and system design, implementation, and financial management, guiding the company through substantial growth, strategic diversification, dramatic market shifts and a substantial reorganization. She has significant capacities for understanding systems and has the ability to hold both the big picture and the details of the operations, while supporting the development of the individuals in an organization. During her tenure as Executive Director, Hamilton worked to develop an automated solution to share healthcare records between entities. She then worked with the IT entity as subject matter expert as the system was rolled out across the nation, supporting the development of additional functionality and future generations of the solution.

With over 25 years experience, Martha currently enjoys helping organizations and individuals develop clarity of vision, functional organizational fluidity and to develop sustainable systems and strengthen businesses organizational and human capacities.

Martha is a graduate of Pacific Integral’s Generating Transformative Change program, is currently a member of the Seattle Integral Core Group (board) and is deeply involved in supporting individuals in moving through that which blocks them from living and working freely within their potential. She lives in Seattle, and maximizes her time on the water and in the mountains, hiking or skiing.
