Leadership is the capacity to initiate action without the use of force or fear. Great leaders think, listen and speak in a way that energizes people to give more than is required to produce more than what is expected. When that critical margin of discretionary effort is accessed, what seemed impossible becomes possible and what seems possible becomes real.
