Geoff Fitch brings a life-long passion for human development, transformative learning and a twenty-five year career in product development, brand management, marketing, and leadership and organizational development to his work as founder and principal at Pacific Integral. Geoff is deeply skilled in helping individuals and organizations to develop. For ten years he has been designing and leading transformative education, consulting, and coaching programs, helping individuals and groups to higher levels of effectiveness and fulfillment. Geoff is a senior faculty member, consultant and coach at Pacific Integral, where he helped develop and launch their 18-month development program, as well as led several organizational change efforts. Geoff is certified to work with several change approaches, including Spiral Dynamics, the Leadership Development Framework, Polarity Management, and Holacracy. Geoff is a Field Center Certified Facilitator and Coach. After graduating, magna cum laude, from Boston University, in computer science, Geoff worked for 18 years in the high-tech industry, where he launched dozens of new products, guided marketing strategies, and developed people and teams at companies like Sun Microsystems, Adobe Systems, and Rational Software. Geoff is known for bringing remarkable capacities for insight, synthesis, and creativity. This capacity is what enabled him to lead several important strategic product and marketing efforts, and to implement innovative and profound change a variety of contexts, such as helping launch a multi-million dollar business whose marketing strategy required a shift in corporate culture and brand. Geoff has been a passionate life-long learner. For over twenty years, he has been an active student of business, philosophy, psychology, and spirituality, including numerous courses of personal work and independent study as well as post-graduate study at Harvard University, Santa Clara University, and Naropa University.
