Wendy Visconty is a Certified Integral Coach who helps people in the business world deepen their leadership skills and transform their desires into action and success. She spent 25 years in public accounting, from which she draws her deep understanding of business and its culture.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration, Wendy became a C.P.A. and joined a local firm, where she became an audit partner in 1990. From 2000 until 2005 she was an audit and assurance partner with McGladrey & Pullen and a managing director with RSM McGladrey. She led audit teams working with clients in the distribution, manufacturing, construction, and not-for-profit industries. Wendy also performed business valuation as well as litigation support services, and served on the national AICPA Assurance Services Executive Committee for three years.

Since her retirement from public accounting in 2005, she has been immersed in studying human development, business theory and integral coaching. She is a graduate of Pacific Integral’s Generating Transformative Change program, and is also a graduate of New Ventures West, an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

She brings compassion, intuition, and wisdom to her work, which incorporates mind, body, heart and soul in the context of culture, community and the natural world. Combined with her deep and well-grounded business knowledge, she offers structures and support for sustainable personal and professional change and transformation.

Wendy gives her time generously to her community.
