Individual Work with Geoff Fitch

My work with individuals can be described fairly simply: we engage in a dialog, grounded in a connection to the Source, in a mutual commitment to the truth. Out of that conversation, something new is revealed; contradictions are faced; doorways are opened. It will appear as if we are having a conversation, but it is more accurate to say the conversation will be having us. Through this deep dialog, you will have an opportunity to clear unwanted contradictions that place you between a new identity and movement in your life. Then, with my ongoing support and your desire and willingness, you will move forward from this new ground. Along the way, I may have suggestions about how to do that.

Pretty simple.

You may want more information on the background I bring to this, so I share with you here some of the practices and perspectives that inform me in this work. These perspectives are something I seem to naturally integrate, intuitively in our work together:

• Over 20 year of study and practice with yogic practices of awakening and spiritual development, including modern non-dual teachers, Buddhism, Vedanta, and Sufi traditions.

• Over 10 years of study, development and practice of integral transformative practice. An integral and integrative perspective to the practice of development. Coaching and developmental practices to support the development of self, as understood through theories of adult human development.

• An orientation to and study of practice of spiritual embodiment, tantra, and the practice of love in action. Study of work with states of consciousness and subtle energies; energetic medicine and healing.

• Over 20 years of study of and engagement with psychological work. An integration of the perspective of identity and energy. That is, seeing the life ontologically and phenomenologically, through an express of identity arising in every moment through our willingness. Most recently as a study of field theory and practice; And also, seeing life energetically, as an integrated flow of energies that sometimes get stuck or misdirected. Most recently as a study of Core Evolution.

• Of course my own personal and professional experience - Over 30 years in business and organizational life, as a manager, leader, coach; 18 years as a parent, and of course a human being with his own triumphs and tradegies.

• A deep commitment to awakening collectively through the lives and systems I touch now, so that our action in the world can have a real impact at this potent time of change, and so that we are best prepared to meet any challenges or opportunities that lie ahead as a family of sentient beings.

Perhaps most importantly, I bring an awareness of, a trust of, and devotion to the Heart, as the sufi’s call it, this mysterious place in us where the divine and human meet, which has the intelligence that animates our growth and development towards the highest in us.

Our work together is specifically intended to support you to encounter, to love, and to awaken as you truly are and to open to the direction your life wants to move, and to move there. Sometimes our ideas about our life are the illusion that stands in our way towards greater love and fulfillment. But deeper than these ideas or thoughts, there is a sense of what you always knew you wanted, who you always knew you were.

This is where we will start. I can’t say exactly where we will go together, except that your heart will lead us there, and that you will find a greater sense of freedom and fulfillment, and greater action and expression in the world, with tangible breakthroughs in areas where you may feel stuck: love, health, money, life purpose, or creative expression.
