Pacific Integral works with both individuals and organizations that are committed to the emergence of a sustainable, equitable and beautiful future for humanity. Our services include individual and organizational capacity development, consulting, organizational mentoring, transformational program design and web-based education and resource delivery.

Pacific Integral is born out of our collective commitment to serving humanity in a global fashion. Our current mission is to build a global network of change leaders from many different cultures, nations and backgrounds who embody the theory and practice of integral transformation and who are actively engaged in the work of sustainable human development. The individuals and organizations in this worldwide network will have the capacity to transform any kind of human system on the planet in need. It is our intention to ground these world-work, servant entrepreneurs in leadership centers located in Africa, Asia, Latin America and North America. We are committed to bringing the best theories, practices, tools and materials to this growing network and keeping it's members and ourselves on the leading edge of applied transformational practice.

Our work is situated in and impacted by the holistic needs of the planet and we situate ourselves and our work in micro and macro premises:

• Holding our own deep sense of Presence as we work can support our constituencies in finding Presence within themselves. Our doing so is Subtle Service that can impact the world in quiet but powerful ways.

• As we work we know we can all make an abundant living while serving the highest good on the planet through serving human systems large and small.

• Large human systems, including service organizations, businesses, educational systems, and political entities of all kinds, are primary vehicles by which the world can transform, particularly if we take into account the need for resolving the conflict between short term financial interests and long term sustainability.

We know that we are in progression from the information age to the age of wisdom and that we need to support local actions in a way that affects appropriate planetary outcomes. Working with the agonies of poverty, war, AIDs, hunger, and other planetary urgencies is of critical importance. Compassion for the suffering in the world and generating support in relieving it at all levels both defines and motivates us.
