Alumni Mentor Program
As a GTC Graduate, you have an opportunity to become an Alumni Mentor for a cohort. Please consider applying for this exciting opportunity.
As an Alumni Mentor, you get to take GTC again and to be in a supportive role to other participants and to the cohort as a whole. Past Alumni Mentors have reported that this second journey through GTC allowed them to see and understand the experience and learning at a much deeper level and to further their own learning and development in significant new ways. Alumni Mentors are both participants in the cohort and mentors for the other participants. The role is an important part of the GTC process and an important contribution you can make to other’s growth. You will work with the faculty and faculty assistants to help us guide the cohort and will have an opportunity to learn more about how GTC is designed and facilitated. In short, this is a path to advanced learning and an opportunity to step more fully into your role as a transformative leader.
If you wish to be considered as an Alumni Mentor, please note the following guidelines:
- Applicants must meet the criteria as stated under the Roles and Responsibilities below.
