Certificate in Integral Organizational Transformation
The first months of the program will ground you in the theory and practice of integral, transformative change leadership. In that context you will begin a personal journey of transformation and development and a strong learning team will emerge.
The curriculum is organized to develop competence in assessing individuals, groups, organizations and systems as the first stage in generating transformative change. Using real-life situations and organizations to deepen learning and integration of the material, we blend practice and inquiry through the integral model to transform our view of the situation and what’s possible.
