Pacific Integral / GTC / What can I expect?

Each cohort has a maximum of 20 members, and meets 6 times over the course of 15 months. The intensive retreats are held at Harmony Hill, on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, in Washington State.

The program is a multifaceted approach to the expansion and transformation of the participants, individually and in the collective. The program includes:

• Self-inquiry: Deep questions, facilitated throughout the program, designed to reveal the structure of our experience and our internal wisdom.
• Community of practice: Dialog and exploration of experience between participants that deepens the understanding and application of the learning.
• Reflection and coaching: Use of powerful questions and reflective inquiry by facilitators helps participants to examine their structure of interpretation, allowing a more consistent positive impact and improved communications and strategy.
• Cognitive study: Gain knowledge and practice in theories and research of Wilber, Torbert, Kegan, Cook-Greuter, Senge, Scharmer, Robertson, Kesler and others. Learn proven leading edge approaches for powerfully intervening in complex systems

Participants frequently develop deep relationships that continue long after the 15 month program ends.

Participants include executives, educators, facilitators, consultants, social entrepreneurs, coaches, and other individuals committed to growing, learning and expanding their capacities as a leader and as a human being. Participants come from cities throughout North America, Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe.
