StAGES is a groundbreaking new theory and assessment methodology for human development, created by Terri O’Fallon, Ph.D., grown out of her decades of experience in Education and years of research on development at Pacific Integral. This new model reveals important new understandings about how human beings grow throughout life and helps us each make sense of where we are in our development, personally and professionally. Practically, it gives us a road map for our individual and collective, human potential. In this four and a half day non-residential workshop, you will dive deeply into the StAGES developmental model and experience a thorough introduction to this unique and comprehensive map of human development.
StAGES is an evolution of Wilber's quadrants in consciousness and correlates with Cook-Greuter’s developmental MAP. The model extends current developmental approaches by integrating stages, states, and the Integral approach. This creates a set of simple repeating patterns that can be used to select interventions that fit a particular developmental level. StAGES has been statistically validated to include three new later stages of development.
The StAGES theory and assessment methodology was created by Terri O’Fallon, and grew out of her 50 years of experience in education and years of research on development at Pacific Integral. Kim Barta, psychotherapist and international growth coach, will join Terri for this workshop, bringing his experience in applying the StAGES model with his clients.
