Please note attendance at all four retreats is required for participation. All sessions begin at 9:30 am on the first day and end on 1:30 pm the last day. Retreat programs are intensive, with required evening activities. Please plan on being at the retreat center and free to participate for the entire retreat.
Time commitment apart from the retreats: Please allow for up to 4 hours per week for program related time including reading, contributing to the online learning space and participating in individual and group activities.

STAGES developmental assessment, a highly reliable and effective measure of leadership and personal development, a value of $400. StAGES debriefing offered during the first intersession coaching session, a value of $250.
Tuition does not include airfare or other travel costs, accommodations or meals for each of the four program retreats. Room and meals costs vary based on housing selection, and generally range between $445 - $745 per session.

We will have either one or two cohorts depending on enrollment. Each cohort will have two dedicated faculty throughout the program, but you will have a chance to interact with each faculty during GTC. If we have two cohorts, you will be assigned a cohort based on optimal fit.
Abigail has twenty years of experience in transformative learning and leadership development in higher education. Her doctorate is in adult development and social and ecological change leadership development. Abigail taught in a variety of contexts including graduate and undergraduate programs, online and intensive experiential programs, and internationally in India, Ethiopia, Hong Kong and Mexico.
Thomas is an author, public speaker, and active voice in the conversation on the role of religion in the 21st century. He has been practicing mindfulness and other styles of meditation for almost 20 years and lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Founding partner of Pacific Integral, Geoff is a coach, trainer, and facilitator of transformative growth in individuals and organizations. He has been studying and practicing diverse approaches to cultivating higher human potentials for twenty years, He also has twenty years experience in leadership in business.
Specialist in transformative learning and change in human systems and in distance learning, Terri has over 25 years of experience working with many different kinds of human systems, including business, community, educational and political. Her specialty is the design and implementation of the core developmental trajectory and span of human systems.
All four retreats will be held at the beautiful Whidbey Institute retreat center on Whidbey Island, a short ferry ride from Mulkiteo, WA, an hour from Seattle/Tacoma International Airport. Your stay at the Whidbey Institute provides you with everything you need, including semi-private accommodations, delicious local organic meals and snacks, and use of the retreat facility grounds including sanctuary, labyrinth, hiking trails and gardens.
