These faculty are the primary facilitators of the retreats, offer intersession coaching, facilitate calls, and contribute to online journal discussions. At least one of Pacific Integral’s senior faculty, Terri O’Fallon, Geoff Fitch and Venita Ramirez, will be present for 1 to 2 days of each retreat contributing their unique areas of historical perspective and depth of expertise as those aspects of the curriculum arise. Additionally they may participate in specific intersession conversations. All faculty take part in designing and debriefing each retreat, continuing to deepen the learning that shapes and advances the GTC program for all participants.
