The world is breaking down across political, ecological, social, economic, and personal scales. Some call it a metacrisis. Others call it a time between worlds—a liminal space between dissolution and becoming.
In the face of this, many of us feel called to enact our care and contribution in the world, in our work, in our communities, in our parenting, in our art. Motivated by a vision for a more beautiful, just, and flourishing way of existence that deep down we know is possible.
But how can we meet this moment when it feels so overwhelming?

We believe something profound is happening beneath the surface turbulence: not just disorder, but an invitation into a different relationship with life itself.
Many of us respond to breakdown by trying to fix it or control it. We reach for strategies, solutions, frameworks. We want to solve our way through. But the more we grip, the more we exhaust ourselves.
There's a different capacity available: the capacity to lead from a deeper ground and participate in emergence itself.
When you develop this capacity, you can stay present when the ground beneath you shifts. You can sense what wants to emerge before you can name it. You can trust life's unfolding even when you can't see what's next.
This is what we call leading through emergence: a practice of engaging the future from awakened wholeness.
For twenty years at Pacific Integral, we've been exploring what it means to engage transformation as a living process. What we've discovered is that when people begin to access a deeper ground of presence and wholeness, a different kind of capacity becomes available. Not a skill to be learned, but a way of being to be cultivated.
Leading Through Emergence is a transformative learning experience where you'll develop this capacity to lead from a deeper place. It is designed to support three shifts:
You'll develop these capacities through direct practice that you can apply in your relationships and enact in the contexts that matter most to you.
This is a live online program that includes weekly practice sessions where we work directly with what arises in the moment, small group containers for deeper inquiry and mutual reflection, and guided practices you can return to throughout the week.

This isn't a passive learning experience—it's a lived inquiry that invites your full participation. The program includes:

Live Practice Sessions: Weekly 2-hour calls on Thursdays from 4-6pm PDT where we engage in experiential practices, reflection, and coaching under the guidance of our core faculty.
Learning Content: Weekly videos introducing key concepts and perspectives that inform each week's practice, allowing you to absorb ideas at your own pace before our live sessions.
Practice Guides: Recorded practices and written guides supporting your ongoing application between sessions, helping you integrate insights into daily life.
Practice Groups: A consistent small group throughout the program, creating a container of trust where you can practice with greater vulnerability and receive personalized feedback.
Real-world Application: Throughout the program, you'll apply what you're learning to 1-2 areas of your life or work that matters most to you, ensuring the learning translates to tangible impact.
Online Community: An online space where faculty and participants can continue discussions, share reflections, and support each other between sessions.

A gorgeous blend of wise and digestible content, and collective practice...it holds and invites us as individuals and a collective to embody wholeness in all the ways we meet ourselves, each other, and the world. The aliveness of possibility is palpable.

This program is for anyone who is interested in the leading edge of transformative change. It is also for those who have engaged in their own personal growth and are interested in how deeper, transpersonal perspectives can be more fully embodied in self, community and work in the world. We also suggest Leading Through Emergence as an excellent introduction to our core program Generating Transformative Change (GTC).
If you shy from the word, ‘leadership’, don’t let that stop you from attending. While we often use the word, 'leadership' to describe our programs, doing so is not without its limitations. Leadership is a word that means different things to different people and can touch on personal experiences that are not always positive. We invite you to consider your own desire to make a difference and to express yourself as an impulse towards a greater world manifest through actions great or small. If you shy from the word, ‘leadership’, don’t let that stop you from attending.
This program is an intimate, experiential journey that requires your presence. We ask that you commit to attending most sessions. While our live sessions will be recorded and missing one or two sessions is workable, the power of this work emerges through direct participation in our field of inquiry together.
This is designed to support both people who are new to working with awareness, relational, and emergence practices and also to support a greater depth, embodiment, and presence for those already familiar with what awakened wholeness points to. If you have questions about whether this program is a fit for you, don’t hesitate to be in touch by email us at hello@pacificintegral.com.
This is an excellent introduction to our core 9 month program, GTC. The GTC program goes into much more depth in a more intimate, longer term setting and expands on the material introduced in Leading Through Emergence.
Leading Through Emergence is a great opportunity to revisit and deepen what you learned in GTC and reconnect with the field of presence, practice, and community. GTC grads who participated spoke of deepening and integrating their learning, and delighting sharing the practices with a global community.
