Practice entering into deeper relationship with truth, acknowledging what you know, what wants to express itself through you, what you're actually here to do.
In this workshop, we explore the recognition that we are all boundless openness yet we also manifest as life in this particular form. Discover what it means to orient from this ground, both individually and collectively, in ways that inspire care for the world.
We explore what gets in the way of real connection, including how contact with another person can activate our more defended circuits. We also practice what becomes possible when we’re willing to be truly present with each other.
How can we develop the capacity to be with complexity—in ourselves, in each other, and in the world? In this workshop we explore how we might widen our view enough to see the greater whole beyond the polarities, even when the parts seem incompatible.
Explore integration as a practice of welcoming and including all aspects of yourself and your experience. This includes both embracing what's been disowned and releasing what's not actually yours.
