I was in transition, needing to find value in my voice and the container created within the participants became a safe space where I could voice and experiment with the person I was becoming. I had been holding back an authentic voice for fear of retaliation and the holding of the programme gave me permission to be authentic and vulnerable whilst still experiencing a loving community. The biggest gift for me was the attention and value given to presence.
