GTC is one of the most powerful, awakening, and mature learning journeys available today - a 9-month in-person and online deep developmental container supporting us to awaken to new versions of ourselves, our relationships, and to engage skillfully in the crises around us all and nurture the spirit of love for the whole.

practitioners of transformative change.

We aim to support the emergence of a sustainable, equitable and beautiful future for humanity and all of creation.

We believe that humanity is in the midst of a profound period of change, and that addressing the opportunities of our time require that we embrace universal human values and ethical action, awaken to and engage in our evolutionary potential, and enact more conscious, integral forms of leadership and collective action in the world, grounded in our deepest wisdom. To this end, we endeavor to impact human development, leadership, and social change at the emergent edge of consciousness and action.

9-month Program

GTC is the only program of its kind – developing human consciousness and leadership, based on unique, evolving theories and practices of change, and grounded in long-term research.

Individual Sessions

We will help you explore and clarify what matters deeply to you, and open to a source of creativity, wisdom and knowledge where seeing is fresh with new potential direction.

8-week Program

We are called to embody deeper capacities, while embracing our innate wholeness. With these, we can serve the emergence that is possible in our lives, communities, and in the world.

… we paid attention to how we were growing to be more than participants, but a newly formed community of friends, which embodies so many qualities I was striving to nurture in myself, with a fascinating new way of re-configuring our relationships: more authentic, deep and more mindful. The feeling of being interconnected was moving, and memorable. And I started seeing how such healing and creation of the self and relationships, in any context, to go a long way to create a better future for ourselves, families and communities.
