Pamela is an expressive arts psychotherapist, coach, former faculty in a professional development program in the expressive arts, and a doctoral candidate in expressive arts therapy, consulting and education. She has served as Clinical Program Director at a local nonprofit since 2020, recruiting, orienting, mentoring, and supporting the development of a team of 20 counseling clinicians and support group facilitators. Prior to this, she facilitated large and small project-oriented teams as a lawyer for large institutional clients over her 20-year legal career, with a focus on leading collaborative processes to avoid protracted litigation among multiple parties multiple parties with competing interests, towards enduring solutions.. Through her two careers, Pamela has developed unique skills at the intersection of the analytical and the creative aspects of human-being, bringing an embodied and well-grounded approach to deep listening and heartful awareness.
