Abigail is faculty for Fielding University’s PhD program in Human and Organizational Development and for Pacific Integral’s Generating Transformative Change leadership development program in Seattle and Ethiopia. Abigail’s scholarship and practice integrates the interior dimensions of human knowledge and experience (culture, worldviews, adult developmental psychology, wisdom traditions, etc.) with adult learning, leadership development, and social and ecological change work. Abigail is a skilled facilitator, developmental scorer, debriefer, and coach, teacher of awareness, shadow, and embodiment practices, and facilitator of Work that Reconnects.

Scott Merriam is a coach and facilitator. Drawing on his decade of experience in visual design and brand strategy, he supports visionaries, leaders, and creatives to clarify and enact their unique vision for a more beautiful world. Scott has spent the last 15 years studying and practicing meditation, psychospiritual development, and embodied methods of self-inquiry. Believing in the power of connection, Scott holds a reflective and catalyzing space for self discovery and expression. He is a co-founder of Imaginisma, a creative incubator.

Sheetal is passionate about the role of that leaders can play in bringing more diversity, equity, and sustainability to the world of work. She loves to work with leaders and support them in creating places of work that are both inspiring, impactful and that foster cultures of creativity and collaboration. Sheetal believes that we often lead and act from historical assumptions, learned behaviors and unquestioned habits that limit our ability to lead in more resourceful and creative ways. She brings over 25 years of personal research and experience in personal change, self-mastery, leadership, and creative mindfulness to my role as a coach and facilitator. She cares deeply about creating safe presence filled spaces where we can listen more acutely to ourselves and others.

Vipin Thekk is a coach, facilitator, and social entrepreneur. He designs and facilitates transformational journeys for individuals and institutions to adapt and thrive in times of rapid change. His passion for unleashing human potential has led him to launch programs and organizations around issues ranging from youth entrepreneurship to re-imagining parenting for the 21st century, as well as the Changemaker Communities Initiative. He is also a Kundalini yoga teacher and Gestalt Awareness practitioner.
