Jimmy is a trusted advisor for executives leading unprecedented transformations in large organizations. He has led over 100 transformation initiatives in multiple Fortune 50 companies and in several industries (technology, healthcare, energy, retail, and public sector). Throughout his 30 year career in transformation work, his innovative techniques have been relied upon to minimize the time, cost, and effort required to create true transformation that actually sticks. A lifelong student of the craft, he has studied over 5,000 titles on transforming leaders, teams, and entire organizations. Jimmy is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, served 11 years as a Marine Corps pilot, and led agile software teams before earning a masters in organizational development and PhD in developmental psychology applied to org transformation.

Abigail is faculty for Fielding University’s PhD program in Human and Organizational Development and for Pacific Integral’s Generating Transformative Change leadership development program in Seattle and Ethiopia. Abigail’s scholarship and practice integrates the interior dimensions of human knowledge and experience (culture, worldviews, adult developmental psychology, wisdom traditions, etc.) with adult learning, leadership development, and social and ecological change work. Abigail is a skilled facilitator, developmental scorer, debriefer, and coach, teacher of awareness, shadow, and embodiment practices, and facilitator of Work that Reconnects.
