Terri O'Fallon PhD is a founding partner of Pacific Integral and the developer of the STAGES model of adult development. Building on the ego development lineage of Loevinger and Cook-Greuter, STAGES identifies underlying repeating patterns in development and extends the model into later stages. It is a foundational framework across Pacific Integral's research and the design of the Generating Transformative Change program. She is a co-author of Causal Leadership (2013), The Aware Leader (2020), and other Pacific Integral research.
