Complexity Capacity: Holding Paradox and Seeing More

February 27, 2026

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Pacific

Complexity capacity isn't about making things more complicated. It's about developing the ability to hold paradox to see multiple truths simultaneously, to recognize diversity while also sensing the greater whole.

This capacity helps us navigate a world that resists simple answers. It allows us to acknowledge collapsing ecosystems while simultaneously sensing the extraordinary creativity emerging in response. To hold grief and hope. To see clearly without being overwhelmed.

In this 90-minute workshop, we explore what it means to widen our circles of identity, care, and responsibility. To move beyond polarization. To find the simplicity on the other side of complexity.

This is the third in our monthly series exploring the Seven Facets of Awakened Wholeness. Each workshop offers guided practice, teaching from Geoff and Abigail, and connection with others developing these capacities together.
